Just south of the camping area is the appropriately named Picnic Point, a picnic ground with a beautiful picnic gazebo, shore dinner cooking facility, and dockage. The fishing in the area is excellent, drawing anglers from miles around. |

To insure fairness for all NY customers, any reservation with departure dates outside the 9-month Maximum Window can not be changed or cancelled until 18 days after the reservation was made. The only way to get to the park is by boat. There are no bridges or ferries. Boat rentals are available at Wellesley Island State Park Marina (315) 482-6503 and at Grass Point Marina (315) 686-5589. This Park operates under a 2-day window for advance reservations. Only 2 pets per site are permitted. Current rabies certificate required. Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6ft at all times. Patron must be 18 or older to register for a site. Smoking is not permitted in the cabins. Looking to reserve for just 1-night? If you make your reservation within 3 days of your arrival you can book a 1-night stay online or through the Call Center. This applies only to campsites. During peak season, a camping party and their equipment may occupy a site for a maximum of 14 continuous days. After which, the camping party and equipment must leave the site and facility for 2 days before registering again for another site.
